Insight San Diego Welcomes
Matthew Brensilver to a Week-long
Teacher In-Residence Program
July 18 - 24, 2024
Program Overview
We are pleased to announce that Matthew Brensilver will be in San Diego for a special week-long residency with Insight San Diego.
Unlike a traditional residential retreat, this teacher-in-residence program is an opportunity to connect more deeply with Matthew's teachings across multiple events and to discuss your practice in individual or small group discussions.
This residency will include a Dharma Talk on Friday evening and a Day-long on Saturday at our Central San Diego location. Sunday afternoon Matthew will be in North County to offer an afternoon Dharma Talk, as well as practice meetings. Tuesday evening will mark the close of Matthew's residence with an evening Meditation, Q&A session, and social tea. All events are in-person. Follow the links below to find out more about these events and register for each individually. These are all stand-alone events; feel free to register for one or many events. Use the buttons below to find out more information and to register.
Matthew is offering in-person individual or small group practice meetings during his residency with various times available throughout the week. This is an opportunity to discuss your practice with Matthew and receive personal guidance. Space is limited, so please do not sign up for more than one session.
We hope you will join us for this unique personal experience with Matthew.
